On Wednesday, July 7, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Global Health Policy Center and the Kaiser Family Foundation will convene key officials and experts  to assess the outcomes of the June 25-27 Group of Eight (G-8) and the Group of 20 (G-20) Summits held in Canada. The session will discuss the Canadian-led maternal and child health initiative, the Muskoka Accountability Report tracking G8 member performance in meeting past commitments, and action on food security and related development issues.
 
Additional participants will include Mark Abdoo, Director of Global Health, National Security Council; and Jennifer Kates, Kaiser Family Foundation Vice President and Director of Global Health Policy and HIV. J. Stephen Morrison, CSIS Senior Vice President and Director of the CSIS Global Health Policy Center, will moderate and offer commentary.
