Daniel J. Porter graduated from Kent State University in International Relations and Public Comminication. While at Kent State, he worked as a research assistant with a focus on energy and environmental policy. At the Center for Strategic & International Studes (CSIS), Daniel interned with the Chief of Staff and helped to organize the Smart Power Speaker Series. He later worked with Next America, External Relations and the President's Office. Currently, Daniel handles web and communication technologies for the Global Health Policy Center and is Webmaster of SmartGlobalHealth.org.
